For the safety of all consumers, dietary supplements or products intended for human consumption CANNOT be returned. This policy will not be compromised due to the nature and possible dangers of tampering. After a product has been delivered it is no longer within our control to ensure its integrity. This policy ensures the safe delivery of all our products to all our customers. We only accept returns on items that are defective or shipped in error. In either case, items must be unopened and still have factory seals (if applicable). If the above conditions apply, please email our returns department and we will arrange for the return shipping and will refund your credit card in full upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Items returned for any other reason can only be returned within 7 days, are subject to approval and will be charged the listed shipping & handling in both directions as well as a 25% restocking fee.
